Personality:
Flonne is a firm believer in love; and that isn't even an exaggeration. As a former Angel Trainee, Flonne was raised and influenced by the pure beliefs of the angels that inhabit Celestia, and from her superior, Seraph Lamington. The ideas of finding resolution without conflict and violence involved, being true to your heart and showing kindness to others really sticks with her, and she still holds onto these ideals as a Fallen Angel. Unfortunately, demons from the Netherworld like Laharl and Etna had to learn this the hard way. If she ever comes across someone who appears to be without love in their hearts, Flonne will be determined to show them the light. Even if they adamantly refuse to listen. She isn't afraid to speak her mind if something strikes her as sad, cruel or a completely wrong.
Of course… this doesn’t mean that she is all flowers and sunshine. Flonne is still a person, and just as capable of getting angry or offended like anyone else. Though she would try to keep her feelings in check and try to act with more politeness that most people normally would. She is also very otherworldly, and is still learning about the true nature of demons and humans that she was never thoroughly exposed to while staying in Celestia. This can make her seem very bubbly, since she is honest to a fault and gets easily confused when things go over her head.
Last, but not least -- Flonne idolizes super heroes; especially super heroes with the ability to transform and use their special powers to fight evil. She thinks that they’re really cool, and gets easily revved up at the sight of them. Sometimes, she even pretends to be just like one of them, like when she put on a costume mask and became “Space Detective Justice Flonne” in order to show Etna the error of her ways as a (complete joke) super hero. Basically, she’s a fangirl. This can also be applied to ninjas, as she pretended to be just like one of them during a poorly planned out assassination mission against the late King Krichevskoy.
What your character can offer:
As a Fallen Angel, Flonne possesses certain skills that most ordinary humans wouldn't have. On the one hand, there is her healing magic, which she can use to help heal wounds and cure ailments. But on the other, there is her attack magic. Her Holy Arrows spell can send a barrage off heart-shaped arrows raining down on her opponents with damaging results. ...and her final spell, well... It turns her into a gigantic B-grade movie monster, Flonnezilla. Complete with costume, airplanes flying around her on strings and attacking her, and some pretty nasty real fire breath. Luckily, Flonne does not ordinarily like to fight without a good reason, and the latter spell requires a lot of energy to cast. This tends to put a hamper on her physical strength, but she makes up for this weakness through her skill in her staff and magic-wielding abilities. She is also able to use multiple types of weapons to fight with. Though, like with anyone else picking up a weapon for the first time, this can usually yield mixed results.
Her personal strengths lie in her determination to do what she feels is good and true; all in the name of love. If she had to put her life on the line to prove herself, or defend the weak, then Flonne wouldn't be one to hesitate. This aspect also gives her an advantage, since her stubborn nature can often break through the blackest of hearts that are willing to open up to it. Of course this includes Laharl. Her cheerful nature can also be enough to make even being stuck in the Netherworld look a little positive after awhile, perhaps even an educational experience!
What items will they be bringing with them?
Flonne will only have the clothes on her back, a staff to cast magic (and smack things) with and a single stick of ABC Gum to her name (one of the weakest healing items in the game).
Third-Person Sample:
“Huh?”
As the light streamed into the old storage room of the Overlord’s Castle from the outside, Flonne blinked at something she didn’t expect to be there at all; an old blackboard sitting in the back, leaning against the wall. “What is this doing here?” She spoke quietly to herself, before letting out a sneeze, causing the tips of her red ribbon to fall forward. Too much dust.
The Fallen Angel pulled on the cord hanging from the ceiling, turning on a single light bulb. “Uwah…” The thing was covered in a layer of dust. She could tell as soon as ran the tip of her finger across it, leaving the skin black. “It’s so dirty…” Casually, she reached back to pull a handkerchief out of one of her pockets, rubbing the cloth against the blackboard. “Did this belong to the late King? Hmm… I don’t know what the other vassals would need this for either… Maybe they had strategy meetings every once in awhile, or even motivation building sessions!” (Yeah, right.) Flonne looked hopeful.
“Wait…” She paused, after the chalkboard was almost completely cleaned up. Clapping her hands together once, she beamed and immediately stood up on her feet. The light bulb hanging above her head almost seemed to glow a little brighter in that moment. “I think I just came up with a wonderful idea of how to use this! …Oh, but I’d better get some help first!”
…and just her luck, a small group of Prinnies were walking by and shooting the breeze on the way to another part of their back-breaking menial labor. Flonne ran over to the door and waved them over. “Excuse me, Prinnies? Do you think you could help me carry something? Oh! …and please tell all of the other vassals to meet me near the throne room, okay?”
This was going to be great!

Moments later, Flonne was standing cheerfully next to the blackboard with a teaching pointer in hand. The Prinnies were holding the chalkboard up, and on it were written words like “Love” and “Peace.”
“Thank you all for coming! I’m so happy that you ‘re here, and I’m really excited to share this lesson with you all.”
“Now, since I know that demons really do have love in their hearts, I wanted to be able to talk about the benefits! With love in your heart, you will be able to feel happier and treat others with kindness and—“
The door behind her suddenly burst open, causing a number of the gathered demons to shout with alarm. To be honest, a number of them were starting to look bored or falling asleep.
“What the hell are you doing with my vassals?! Stop filling their heads with stupid ideas, you Love Freak!” Once again, the Overlord, Laharl was absolutely seething.
First-Person Sample:
Oh my… I- I didn’t think that the Human World was having this much trouble!
Is this an effect of Mr. Carter’s war with the Netherworld? Did it put them right into an economic depression?! [She sighs.] Poor Mr. Gordon and Ms. Jennifer…
…or maybe… A gigantic super-powered robot constructed by the Earth Defense Force went out of control and went on a rampage! That’s why everything looks so destroyed!
[She sounds pretty sure of herself now.] Yes, that just has to be it!
Oh. But I really shouldn’t make assumptions by appearances alone. That would be wrong. …I know! I’ll ask one of the locals! That should be the easiest way for me to learn and truth.
[A monstrous groan can be heard in the distance.] Huh? Is that… a zombie? How wonderful! Did Laharl send one of his vassals up to the Human World to do some community service? [She giggles happily.] He probably won’t admit it, but I’ll know that he performed a good deed out of the kindness of his heart.
[She can be heard running off, and then her voice is picked up more faintly.]
Excuse me, but could you answer a few questions for me? It would be very helpful.
